Simplified Therapeutic Asana Mudra & Pranayama (STAMP)
I train my clients to practice traditional yoga poses(Asana) to improve overall health - not just physical wellbeing. Purpose of Yoga poses is not just to increase flexibility which may be a positive side effect of a healthy body, but to free mind from all disturbances. I incorporate scientifically proven methods in helping clients with psychosomatic disorders like fatigue, insomnia, indigestion etc.
Mudra - hand gestures can be used for mental wellbeing. I have successfully helped many clients to have a greater mental wellbeing by just practicing proper hand gestures coupled with breathing exercises (Pranayama).
I customize Yoga poses based on individual needs, flexibility, based on existing health conditions & health goals for each client instead of one format that fits all approach.
